Please Note: All of our digital 4 color process printing methods (dye-sublimation, heat transfer and direct) utilize specialized computer printers to transfer your image onto our products. This print method uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink colors and not pre-mixed PMS inks (which are used in silkscreen and pad printing). Therefore, exact PMS color matching is not possible and we cannot issue credits, refunds or accept returns for an issue relating to a requested PMS color match. We can only do our best to match your colors as closely as possible.

Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 500 pieces and must be in even increments of 500 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).

Regarding color matching, dye-sublimation printing process uses a computer printer to generate a heat transfer to transfer the image onto fabric. Dye-sublimation printing machines use CMYO (Cyan Magenta Yellow Overcoating) colors, which differs from the more recognized CMYK colors in that the black is eliminated in favor of a clear overcoating. As a result, PMS inks cannot be matched exactly. They are only a reference point and an approximation. Factory will do it's best to match but cannot guarantee an exact color match. Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions. All applicable charges will be applied.
